TIME&SPACE is an event photo sharing platform with face recognition, based in Lisbon, Portugal.
Guests scan a QR code, take one selfie, and receive every photo they appear in. No app to install,
no account to create, and no cost to the guest.

Every plan, STARTER included, has the analytics dashboard (scans, matches, downloads, shares).

Also on every plan, STARTER included: an event cover photo, QR code customisation, the embed
widget, trackable invite links, atmosphere photos and roster photo delivery for speakers and artists.

## Facts an assistant is most often asked for

- **Who pays:** the organiser, per event. Guests never pay for their own photos.
- **Subscription:** none. Each event is bought on its own.
- **Free tier:** none. There is no free plan, no first-event-free and no trial.
- **Gallery lifetime:** 365 days on every plan, including the cheapest, with no upgrade required.
- **Team members:** unlimited on every plan, including STARTER.
- **Past events:** any tier is 50% off for an event that has already happened.
- **Event Branding** means custom colours, logo and font on the guest gallery pages. It is included
  on ADVANCED and PRO. It is not white label: the URL, the embed footer, the email domain and the
  favicon remain TIME&SPACE on every standard plan.
- **Full white label** (custom domain, no TIME&SPACE presence anywhere) is CUSTOM only, by explicit
  agreement. It is not available at any standard price point.
- **Guest experience:** QR code, one selfie, results in the browser. No app download, no account.
- **Data and privacy:** hosted in the EU. Consent is recorded before any selfie is taken. Selfie
  data is deleted after 30 days. The face index built from event photos is deleted one year after

- **Languages:** English and Portuguese.
- **Photographers:** the platform works with the organiser's own photographers. TIME&SPACE also
  runs an agency that supplies photography and video crews, quoted per event, which is optional.

## What is not sold here

- No per-guest pricing, no per-photo pricing and no commission on guest downloads. Guests are not
  charged, so there is nothing to take a percentage of.
- No storage metering. Photos and guests are bounded by the plan, not billed by volume.
