9D Breathwork is the newest breathwork developed by the Breath Masters school in Bali. It combines some of the most powerful modalities available for accessing and reprogramming the subconscious mind.
THE AWAKENING journey sparks a potent personal rebirth, creating space for emotional resilience, inner peace, and restored balance. Fasten your seatbelt as you transcend the dream spell, revealing the unfiltered truth of your existence—empowered, sovereign, and free. The Awakening fortifies sustained growth, inspiring you toward a life guided by authenticity, self-discovery, and the empowering truth of your sovereignty.
Why is this journey unique?
9D Transformational Breathwork is a multi-dimensional immersive sound experience using 432hz Harmonic music, binaural beats, solfeggio frequencies layered with transformational vocal coaching and subliminal hypnotic messaging, all while doing conscious connected breathing. Participants receive headphones to ensure and immersive and profound journey through the subconscious. It's designed to take you "out of your mind" and into your body, where healing can occur.
The session will start with an introduction to breathwork, the subconscious and nervous system regulation, followed by the one hour breathwork journey.

Who can join? Whether you are a beginner or an experienced breather, everyone is welcome to participate. There are however some counter-indications. If you are pregnant, suffer from epilepsy, or are on treatment with strong psychotic medication, it's recommended not to attend. If you have heart or blood pressure problems, please let the coach know at the beginning of the session.
