Guests scan the QR code on your posters and screens, or open your event link, sent before, during or after the event. After explicit consent, one selfie in the browser shows them only the photos they appear in. No app, no account.

Questions organisers ask

Do guests need an app or an account?

No. Guests scan your QR code or open a link, give their consent, and take one selfie in the browser. Then they see only the photos they appear in.

We already have a photographer. Does this replace them?

No. We work hand in hand with your photographer, not instead of them. They keep shooting as they do and upload to TIME&SPACE, and your guests find the photos they appear in with one selfie.

When do guests get their photos?

Once the photographers upload them, which can be during the event. The pace is set by the photography.

Is it GDPR compliant? What happens to guest selfies?

Guests give explicit consent before the selfie, as GDPR requires for face data, and each consent is logged. Selfies are deleted after 30 days, data is hosted in the EU, scanning is optional, and a DPA is available on request.

How long does setup take?

Minutes, in one dashboard. Add your logo (and on Advanced and Pro your colours and font), then download your QR code for posters and screens.

Can we use it for an event that already happened?

Yes. Past galleries are 50% off any standard plan.

What about our speakers?

Add your speakers to the roster and each one receives their own photos by email automatically, while the talk is still being shared. Photos come sorted per speaker, ready for your posts and recaps.

Do we need our own photographer?

It works with your photographer. If you would rather not organise it, the TIME&SPACE photo and video team can cover your event.

What kinds of events is it for?

Conferences, corporate events, summits, concerts, sports events, weddings and private celebrations. Anywhere photographers are shooting and guests want their photos.

Does the gallery stay up after the event?

Yes. Your gallery stays online after the event, so guests can come back to find their photos and share them again.

What is Event Branding?

Your colours, logo and font in the guest gallery, on Advanced and Pro. Starter shows your organiser logo. Full white-label with a custom domain is available on a Custom plan by agreement.
