Do guests need to install an app or create an account?
No. Everything happens in the phone browser, from the QR code to the download.
Can we use our own photographers?
Yes. Your photographers upload directly or import from Google Drive or Dropbox, and you can add as many team members as you need. If you prefer, we can bring a photography team instead.
What happens to the selfie guests take?
Consent is recorded before every face scan, selfies are deleted after 30 days, and data is stored in the EU.
Will guests know when more photos are added?
Guests who opt in are told when more photos of them are added, so they do not have to scan again.
Can the gallery carry our festival's branding?
Yes. Event Branding is included on the Advanced and Pro plans. Photos can also be watermarked on every plan.
What does it cost and how long does the gallery last?
Per event: Starter 188 EUR, Advanced 488 EUR for up to 2,000 guests, Pro 888 EUR for up to 15,000 guests. Every gallery stays open for 365 days, and past-event galleries are 50% off.
Do we get any reporting?
Yes. An analytics dashboard with scans, downloads and shares is included on every plan.
