Commission is 10% of the net event fee paid by the referred organiser, before Stripe processing fees. Calculated and credited automatically on payment confirmation.

Who can join the referral programme?
Anyone with a TIME&SPACE account. Most referrers are photographers and event industry professionals who work regularly with organisers.
How long does the 90-day window last?
From the date your referred organiser creates their TIME&SPACE account, not from when they first see your link. If they sign up and pay for an event within 90 days, you earn the commission.
Can I refer the same organiser twice?
No. Each organiser is attributed to one referrer, the first referral link they used when creating their account.
Is there a cap on earnings?
There is no cap on the number of organisers you can refer. Each referred organiser earns you 10% of their first paid event with us. After their first event, no further commission accrues from that organiser. There is no per-referrer total cap.
How are payouts processed?
Via SEPA bank transfer directly from your dashboard. Minimum payout is €30. You provide your IBAN and NIF at payout time, we do not store banking details in advance.
What counts as a paid event?
An event where the organiser has purchased a STARTER, ADVANCED, or PRO plan via Stripe. Draft events or events not yet paid do not generate commission.
