TIME&SPACE accepts JPEG, PNG, and HEIC. Upload your finished, edited files, the same ones you would deliver to a client. RAW files (CR3, ARW, NEF, DNG, and similar) are not supported. Photographers should export from Lightroom or Capture One before uploading.

Who handles GDPR compliance for face recognition?

TIME&SPACE handles all GDPR compliance. Explicit biometric consent is collected from every guest at scan time, selfie data is auto-deleted after 30 days, and all data is stored in the EU.
