The A&B NI Governance Conference, supported by HM Chartered Accountants, is back for 2026. Join us as we champion governance excellence, celebrate the vital role of trustees, and explore the issues shaping the future of charity leadership. This year's theme puts fundraising and finance into focus. Through expert insights and real-world examples, we'll explore how the numbers behind an organisation inform decisions, shape priorities, and drive impact. Headline speakers include: Alison Cowzer – Managing Director of The Company of Food, host of The Currency podcast, a Dragon investor in the RTE series Dragons’ Den and board member of several NGOs, including Chair of Rough Magic Theatre Company. Flóra Raffai – an EMCC-accredited coach, trainer, and consultant who specialises in helping small organisations make a big difference. You'll also hear from charity trustees and sector leaders in a series of panel discussions exploring: From Numbers to Impact: Trustees on Strategy.Chair- Angela Craigan, HM Chartered Accountants Panellists: Flora Raffai, Eugene Campbell- The MAC & Ciara Flanagan- Crescent Arts Centre Funding What Matters: Fundraising with Purpose.
