Join Healing Harmonies at Didsbury Parsonage Trust for a special one-hour experience combining the soothing sounds of a Sound Bath with a mindful Abundance Ceremony. Abundance is about more than wealth. It can mean love, peace, good health, meaningful connections, new opportunities and appreciating what we already have. We will begin with a gentle guided reflection, inviting you to release limiting thoughts, recognise the blessings already present in your life and set meaningful intentions for the future. You will then be guided through a personal abundance ritual using your own ritual box, thoughtfully prepared with symbolic elements, including paper, a pen, a candle, special herbs and a crystal. Each item will help you connect with your intentions and create a meaningful moment of reflection. We will close with a deeply relaxing Sound Bath, allowing the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls and other therapeutic sound instruments to support relaxation, stillness and inner connection. Leave feeling grounded, refreshed and inspired to move forward with greater clarity, gratitude and openness to life's possibilities. No previous meditation or sound healing experience is needed.
