The importance of art as a means of expression and therapy will be highlighted, along with the introduction of the new series “Stages of Depression.” Speakers: • João Carlos: Photographer and artist behind the series “Stages of Isolation” and “Stages of Depression” • Rosalinda Chaves: Psychologist specialized in mental health, associated with the project Des.Pho.Co, where she uses a phototherapy technique called PhotoVoice • Dr. Sérgio Viana: Member of the Regional Board of the Portuguese Psychologists’ Association • Speaker to be confirmed Miguel Montenegro - Clinical psychologist and professional illustrator. He is the author of the humorous comic strip Psicopatos, which is about psychological sciences.
