Ashfield School Vocal Ensemble celebrates 25th Year of Ronchin Twinning subiu ao palco a 3 de outubro de 2026, The Summit Centre, em Kirkby in Ashfield.

For 25 years Kirkby In Ashfield and Ronchin, France have been twinned. These two towns have a lot of shared experience with that part of France also having a long history of coal mining and textiles manufacting but also having the shared hit of the loss of these industries. Both places have a wonderful community that have and are working hard to turn around that loss and have much to celebrate and even brighter futures ahead. The Ashfield School Vocal Ensamble have been at the heart of this twinning, with regular visits organised between the two towns. This evening of vocal performance will celebrate this. We will also have visitors from Ronchin joining us. Doors will open at 6:30pm with the performance commencing at 7:30pm. There is a CASH ONLY bar at the venue. Raffle tickets will also be on sale with proceeds in aid of the Ashfield School Vocal Ensemble, helping them continue to take young members to Ronchin and helping them broaden their horizons.
