Beaver Moon Breathwork Journey 🌕 Conscious Connected Breathwork • Somatic Movement • Intention Setting Join Chloe & Jeannette beneath the Beaver Moon on November 20th for an immersive evening of breath, movement, embodiment and connection. The Beaver Moon, also known as the 'Mourning Moon', calls to honour endings and cultivate deep gratitude. It carries symbolism of preparation, protection, and self-nurturing . Moving with that energy, t his session invites us to explore our foundations both in the emotional and physical relams. Illuminating where the work turns inward, where energy is directed toward creating safety, stability, and support. This month we will be sitting with Rose to help us connect with the months themes and opening our hearts. Taking a moment to arrive, connect with the energy of the season and set an intention for our journey. From there, exploring ourselves through deep mirror work and self-inquiry. Followed by a grounding somatic practice, using movement as a tool to prepare the body for breathing. We’ll then journey through 45 minutes of Conscious Connected Breathwork, exploring a continuous rhythmic breath alongside vagal toning and guided breath adjustments to support deeper connection with the breath and body. After the breathwork, there will be space to soften, rest and integrate before moving into creative art integration. We’ll close the evening with a sharing circle, offering an opportunity to reflect on your experience and connect with the group. This is a journey into sensation, presence and possibility. A space to evaluate where your time and energy are leaking, prompting you to protect your peace and refine your foundations to stand in your truth. Come with curiosity, an open mind and a willingness to explore. Jeannette Rodriguez is an Empowerment Coach, Yoga Instructor and Breathworker, and the Founder of Ethereal Lotus Healing Arts . Jeannette with is trained in trauma informed facilitation and bridges modern neuroscience, with Yoga, Toltec, and Mayan philosophies to remind individuals of their connection to nature and collective wellbeing. She supports self-explorers, highly sensitive individuals, and changemakers in cultivating resilience, agency, and authentic connection. Her community-centered approach bridges personal healing with collective wellbeing, guiding participants toward embodied empowerment and reciprocal relationship with self, others, and nature. Chloe Chenery is a breathwork facilitator who continues to deepen her devotion to the breath as a pathway back to self. Blending mindfulness, therapeutic techniques, creative expression and somatic practices, she creates spaces for healing, reconnection and self-exploration. Her work invites individuals to move, breathe, play and embrace their true expression. Contraindications Conscious Connected Breathwork is not suitable for everyone. Please speak with the facilitators before attending if you have any medical conditions such as; schizophrenia, unmedicated bipolar or psychosis, unmanaged PTSD, epilepsy or seizures, heart conditions or arrhythmia, COPD or pre-existing lung conditions delicate and/or first trimester pregnancy, high blood pressure, very low blood pressure with fainting history, severe asthma, glaucoma and/or detached retina, severe osteoporosis, or recent major surgery.
