About

Beyond the AppStore: Margins, Retention & the Real Math of Web2App acontece a 11 de novembro de 2026, em Lisboa.

Join us for a lively fireside chat hosted in Lisbon, where we’ll dig into the real economics of Web2App, from app store fees and geo-pricing to retention, payment flows, and what actually happens to margins once users leave the walled garden. We’ll look at when going web-first really makes sense, how teams are handling the Digital Markets Act in Europe, and how attribution, checkout, and install tracking fit back together when the funnel spans web and app.Across three focused panels, we’ll move from the margin math behind app store bypassing, to conversion decisions that shape revenue and churn, and finally to the local market details that can make or break growth. Expect candid operator stories on paywalls, cancellation flows, fraud, and market-by-market adaptation across places like Japan, Korea, LATAM, and MENA. If you’re building, scaling, or just trying to make the numbers work, this is a sharp, practical conversation with plenty of room for real-world stories and debate.
