Women’s Circle in Headington, Oxford Every other month, usually on the second or third Thursday | ⏰ 6:45 – 9:15 PM. Please click on tickets for specific dates. Together, we’ll weave community, presence, and support - holding space for each other in an atmosphere of warmth and safety. What to Expect Our women’s circle is a gentle and welcoming space for connection, reflection, and community. We begin by arriving together over a cup of tea before moving into a short grounding in practice. This could be a guided meditation, listening to a piece of music in silence, a breathwork exercise, or a visualization - always something to help us arrive fully and set the tone of the evening. The heart of the evening is the sharing circle . Here, each woman is invited to share what feels present for her. You are welcome to simply be heard, or to ask for what you need - whether that’s reflections, feedback, insights, hand-holding, a song, or simply quiet listening. There is no right or wrong way to share. We close with a grounding out practice to help gently integrate the evening before stepping back into the world. This could be an activity, meditation, a story, journalling, singing or a dance. Afterwards, there’s time for light conversation and connection. You’re welcome to stay and chat with others or to leave quietly if you prefer. ✨ Please bring a journal, blanket, water bottle, flask (if you want tea) and cushion for your comfort. 📍 Location: Wellbeing Ventures - The Annex at Number 4 Brookside, Headington. 🚗 Parking: Please park at the beginning of the road, the house is located after the bend on the right, the annexe is at the bottom of the drive (this will be obvious when you arrive). A Note of Welcome We’re so glad you’re considering joining us. This women’s circle is a space of gentleness, reflection, and community. To help you feel at ease, we’ve shared some answers to common questions below, along with a few simple guidelines that hold the circle. Please know you are welcome just as you are. Our Circle Guidelines 🌙 Confidentiality – What is shared in the circle stays in the circle. This helps us create a safe and trusting space for all. 🌙 Respect – Each woman’s voice and experience is valued. We listen without judgment and without offering unsolicited advice. 🌙 Presence – We invite everyone to arrive on time and be fully present with themselves and each other. 🌙 Choice – Sharing is always optional. You are welcome to simply listen and hold space if that feels right for you. 🌙 Compassion – We honour each woman’s journey with kindness and understanding. 🌙 Community – Together we co-create this circle, holding space for one another in warmth and support. As two women on our own unique paths, we feel deeply called to create spaces of connection, authenticity and care. Both of us bring our own experiences and practices, yet what unites us is a shared intention: to hold a circle where women can gather in safety, share their truth and be reminded of the strength that comes from community. This is to create and keep the container together for the 2 hours :) You will be seated on the floor for 2 hours, there are chairs if needed.
