This workshop focuses on tantric solar energy, the development of prana shakti and heart-brain coherence. Different methodologies are interwoven to build contact and sensitivity. As energy opens to flow, perception heightens while the mind balances and sharpens. As kundalini energy awakens, the neurites in the heart and mid-brain harmonise, unfolding the innate wisdom and inner technology that resides within the body. All levels are welcome. LIZA PUGLIA: Liza Puglia is a tantric facilitator fascinated by the subtleties beyond normal perception. These discoveries evolved her yoga practice from traditional asana sequences to ethereal explorations that blend pranayama techniques, himalayan kriya yoga, bandhas, neuroscience and meditation. Her classes utilise simple dynamic movements as a way to access some of the most mystical systems in the human body.
