This conscious breathing method helps unlock the body's natural ability to release stored tension, emotional blockages, and unresolved trauma while creating space for profound expansion 🌍 Why we're doing this in English I've noticed how the international community here has limited access to breathwork sessions and healing practices in English. I wanted to create a space where expats, students, and English speakers could dive deep without language barriers 🙏 What to expect Through conscious breathing, we can access deeper layers of our inner world, shift limiting beliefs, and reconnect with clarity and presence. If you've never done breathwork before, don't worry we'll guide you every step of the way.
