About

Cacao, breathwork & soundbath workshop acontece a 18 de outubro de 2026, Fairkytes Art Centre, em Hornchurch.

Experience deep relaxation and healing in this deep dive Workshop. Connect with your heart with our organic Cacao, your body through somatic breathwork, then immerse yourself in a guided meditation with a sound bath journey to a temple of healing. Unwind and rejuvenate with this transformative class. Breathwork has the ability to shift negative energy, realign the body, reduce anxiety, improve posture, focus & concentration, enhance health & happiness, and boost your vital energy. Since ancient times, sound has been used to heal the body. We delve into the healing properties of my Paiste symphonic gong, crystal healing bowls and other instruments that match the frequencies the body's organ vibrate at. This therapy incorporates a magical guided visualisation style meditation where this time we visit a healing temple. *Cacao offered free of charge at the start of our journey. *Optional healing on the body in this soundbath with the tibetan bowl (see add on).
