The Magic of Cacao Known as the medicine of the heart to the indigenous, ceremonial cacao opens the heart chakra, allowing us to raise our frequency to that of love and abundance. Being in the frequency of love, increases our ability to manifest our deepest desires into fruition, aligning us with our inner voice and soul path. The ceremonial cacao used is sourced straight from the Ashaninka Tribe in Peru and is organic, vegan and sustainably sourced. Welcome & Grounding Ritual We begin by creating a calm, intentional space with a short grounding meditation and welcome. Participants will then be invited to receive a gentle Palo Santo smoke cleanse (optional), helping to clear the mind, release tension, and prepare for the journey ahead. 2. Oracle Card Reflection & Sharing Circle & Cacao 🤎 Each participant will be invited to select an oracle card as a point of personal reflection. We’ll then gather in an optional sharing circle to connect, set intentions, and cultivate a supportive space for the experience. Ceremonial Cacao will then be served for us to set deep intentions with before we embark on a sound journey to commune with its spirit. 3. Restorative Sound Bath Journey Get comfortable, lie back, and allow yourself to be immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gong, native flute, chimes, shruti box, channeled vocals, hand drums, and other shamanic instruments. As the sound frequencies gently wash over you, they encourage deep relaxation, helping to calm the nervous system, release stress, and restore a sense of balance and wellbeing. 4. Integration & Reflection Following the sound journey, participants will be given the opportunity to share insights or simply sit quietly in reflection as we gently return to the present moment. 5.
