- FROM I TO WE WITH THE KYND SPACE - Calling all seekers of flow, connection & touch for a beautiful summer workshop, overlooking the sea shimmers. On Sunday, July 16th, facilitators from the team of The Kynd Space present an exclusive event that interweaves movement with learning. Expect a nourishing journey that transcends from ‘I to we’. We’ll start with a grounding, deep yoga practice guided by Hanna where you’ll get immersed in reflective practices to reveal inner layers. Next, discover the art of shiatsu massage in a workshop led by Lea, and learn to master techniques for connection and rejuvenation. This authentic event is curated by The Kynd Space team, which shall open doors in August. In their aesthetic oasis in Principe Real, you'll get to experience a holistic range of movement practices, including yoga, barre, dance, and pilates, alongside nourishing treatments including massages.
