Come & Sing: Fauré Requiem and Vivaldi Gloria sobe ao palco a 10 de outubro de 2026, The Parish Church of St Cuthbert, em Edinburgh.
Led by Stephen Doughty, Chorus Director of the RSNO, this inspiring Come & Sing event invites singers of all abilities to explore two much-loved choral masterpieces: Fauré’s Requiem and Vivaldi’s Gloria . Joined by outstanding soloists and accompanists, you’ll spend the day rehearsing these uplifting works under Stephen’s expert guidance in a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. The day will culminate in a special public performance at 4pm - starring YOU alongside the professional musicians and soloists. Whether you already know these beautiful works or are discovering them for the first time, you’ll be warmly welcomed to take part. What to expect on the day: Join us at the stunning Parish of St Cuthberts for a joyful day choral workshop in support of Waverley Care. Tickets include event materials and light refreshments throughout the day; please note that participants should provide their own lunch. 10:00AM Registration 10:30AM Event opens 13:00PM Lunch & Raffle 13:45PM Continuation 15:00PM Final Practice 15:30PM Spectators Arrive 16:00PM Live Performance Funds raised through ticket sales will help Waverley Care continue providing life-changing support and services to people across Scotland affected by HIV and hepatitis. If the event is cancelled or significantly changed by the organiser, appropriate arrangements will be made for ticket holders.
