About
Conscious Connected Breathwork in Camden acontece a 23 de outubro de 2026, Self-Retreat Studio, em London.
Your Friday to breathe An opportunity to unwind before the weekend, let go of the week just gone and possibly more. Join us at the beautiful Self-Retreat studio, a 5 minute walk from Camden tube station for a Friday night of somatic breathwork. This is a small, intimate group session using Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB), with optional acupressure and gentle bodywork. Let your breath help your nervous system release what it has been holding. Everyone in the room breathes with eyes closed, focused entirely inward. It is not a performance. There is no sense of being watched or on display. Always at least a 1:4 faciltator ratio to ensure you feel safely held during your session. What is Conscious Connected Breathwork? Conscious Connected Breathwork uses a continuous, connected breathing rhythm, guided by facilitators. As attention moves towards the breath and body, some people notice physical sensations, emotions, memories or new perspectives arising. Others experience stillness, clarity, release or simply a deeper connection with themselves. There is no response you need to produce and intensity is never the aim. Our trauma-informed approach centres choice, consent and pacing. You will be encouraged to listen to your body throughout, and you can pause, change your breathing rhythm or rest whenever you need to. This is different from performance-led or resilience-based breathing practices. It is an inward, supported experience with time for preparation and integration. What to expect Arrive and settle in Drop your bags, drop your shoulders, and settle into the space. Introduction to CCB We will fully explain the breath mechanics and technique, so your mind has a clear picture of what's coming. A full Conscious Connected Breathwork session A session includes a time of active breath, followed by a period of stabilisation and grounding. You lie down, connect the breath, and let the body lead. Facilitators offer gentle, targeted acupressure and touch to help your body release held tension as you breathe. All touch is entirely optional and always based on your explicit consent. Afterwards, a quiet, unhurried landing. No rushing back to the world. Stabilisation and grounding A quiet, unhurried landing. No rushing back to the world. Optional sharing The offer to share, never any pressure to speak. This session may be for you if: Your mind rarely feels quiet and you find it difficult to switch off You have been carrying stress, pressure or emotion without enough space to process it You spend much of your life looking after other people Your week leaves you feeling fuller, rather than rested You are curious about breathwork but want to experience it in a carefully supported environment No previous breathwork experience is required. Carefully and personally held This is a small-group experience with a 1:4 facilitator-to-participant ratio. That means attentive support, clear guidance and space to honour your individual experience rather than feeling lost within a large room. Niketa of @niketa_healing and David of @softestbreath.uk will hold the evening together. Niketa is a highly intuitive Cancerian and mother of two, passionate about creating a safe, nurturing space for you to reconnect with yourself. With over five years of experience in crystal and soul healing, she has recently added Conscious Connected Breathwork to her range of healing modalities. Through breath, presence and gentle guidance, Niketa invites you to explore, open and release whatever is ready to be let go of, allowing space for deeper connection, healing and transformation. After 30 years in the City, David knows what it is to be the one who holds everything together while feeling very little. Breathwork gave him his colour back. Trained in trauma-informed breathwork, acupressure and gentle touch (always optional), and grounded by over twenty years of daily Tai Chi and Qi Gong, he brings a steady, unhurried presence that helps you feel safe enough to let go. Together, we have created the kind of group we would want to attend ourselves: warm, unhurried, personal and deeply considered.
