Culture in Construction: Turning Insight into Action

Culture in Construction: Turning Insight into Action realiza-se a 4 de novembro de 2026, E.Volve Business Centre, em Houghton le Spring.

An exclusive opportunity to join a HR Roundtable focussing on workplace culture in the construction industry. We are inviting HR leaders who are members of Constructing Excellence North East to discuss how to create sustained culture change across the business. What to expect: Join a facilitated two-hour roundtable, led by Dr Ollie Bell from Kalobrate , exploring how HR leaders can create meaningful culture change in construction organisations. Together we'll discuss how to identify the signs of a healthy workplace culture, recognise where improvements are needed, and explore practical, evidence-informed approaches that can help build stronger, more engaged teams. The session is discussion-led, giving you the opportunity to share experiences with peers, hear examples from other organisations, and leave with practical ideas you can apply in your own business. Find out further information here on what we will be exploring in this session - https://roundtables.kalobrate.com/cene Why attend: Many organisations have leadership support for improving workplace culture, but the next steps are often less clear. Together we'll explore questions such as: How can we measure whether our culture is actually improving? Which practical actions have the biggest impact? How do we create alignment across leaders and managers? How do we build a culture strategy that is both achievable and measurable? The session will introduce a practical framework for moving from organisational insight, through analysis and leadership co-creation, to targeted interventions and meaningful measures of success. Places are limited to encourage open discussion and participation.
