A Journey of Courage, Compassion and New Beginnings What is holding you back from the life that wants to emerge? This is an invitation to journey inward, with a brave and compassionate heart, to meet the fears, patterns and perceptions that may be keeping us from moving forward. Through a fully immersive, guided visualisation, we will gently explore what lies beneath the surface. We will notice our fears, follow their threads, and enter into conversation with them. Rather than turning away, we will meet what we find with curiosity, compassion and love, creating the possibility of seeing ourselves and our lives differently. A saying often attributed to the Buddha reminds us: “If you want to know what your future looks like, look at your life now.” What might we discover if we pause long enough to look honestly at the lives we are living? What are we ready to acknowledge, release or transform? And what might become possible when we make space for something new? Death and rebirth are part of the natural cycles of life. Endings make room for beginnings; the falling away of the old can nourish the emergence of the new. This experience invites us to explore these cycles while we are alive and able to choose how we meet the present moment. With courage and kindness, we will create space to recognise what no longer serves us and listen for what is asking to come through. On Arrival you will be welcomed with intentionally prepared ceremonial cacao from Ecuador, theancestral home of cacao. We begin at 4.00 pm , gathering together for a gentle landing and breathwork before moving into the cacao ritual and guided meditation. There is no need to arrive with answers or expectations. Simply bring yourself, a willingness to meet whatever arises at your own pace. You are always welcome to pause, rest or adapt your participation to what feels right for you. What to bring Please bring a blanket, a cushion for comfort, a journal or some paper, a pen and a bottle of water. Come as you are, with a brave and kind heart.
