You have something you want to move forward. A project. A decision. An offer. An idea. A piece of your business that matters to you. But somehow, it keeps staying in your head. Maybe you’re overthinking it. Maybe you have too many options. Maybe you know what the next step is, but you still haven’t taken it. And when you’re building something on your own, it can be surprisingly easy to get stuck. Deep Work Gathering is a small-group working session for internationally minded entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs who want to turn thinking into action. This gathering grows out of a first gathering organized for internationally minded people in Vitoria. Through the first gatherings and conversations, something became clear: many of us are not only looking for meaningful connection. We are also looking for people who understand what it means to build something ambitious, unconventional or international — and for a space where we can actually move that work forward. This is a more focused gathering created for that purpose. You may live locally, but your ideas, clients, projects or ambitions are not limited by where you live. This is not a traditional networking event. It is not a workshop where you sit and listen. And it is not simply coworking. You will come with one real project, decision or part of your business that you have been postponing, avoiding or overthinking . During our 2½ hours together, you’ll have focused time to work on it, space to notice where you’re getting stuck, and thoughtful input from other people who are also creating and moving things forward. The goal is simple: Leave with meaningful work done, greater clarity about what is getting in your way, and more momentum than you had when you arrived. What to expect A small group of no more than 8 people A short opening to connect and set your intention A substantial period of uninterrupted deep work A structured moment to reflect on where you are stuck Focused peer input to help you see the problem differently A second period of deep work to act on what you discovered A short closing to recognise what moved and decide your next step Optional informal conversation afterwards Who is this for? This gathering is for you if you are an entrepreneur, freelancer, creator or aspiring entrepreneur who is building something and sometimes finds it difficult to move forward alone. You do not need to have an established business. You do need to have something real you are ready to work on . Before we meet After registering, you will receive a short reflection to complete before the session. It should take around 10 minutes . It will help you clarify: What do I want to move? Where am I currently stuck? What would meaningful progress look like during these 2½ hours? I will read the responses beforehand so I can prepare the session around the people in the room. Please bring whatever you need to actually work: laptop, charger, notes, documents, drafts or other materials.
