Sobre

Drawing In - Internal Family Systems (IFS) & Mark-making acontece a 31 de outubro de 2026, The Practice, em Lisboa.

If you would like to experience Internal Family Systems (IFS) in a more affordable group session rather than individual therapy, I am offering this beautiful combination of IFS and 'scribbling' or mark-making with oil pastels. ☺️ IFS is a very gentle way of connecting with the different parts of ourselves, reducing inner conflict and finding deeper harmony and peace. For those of you with parts that don't feel 'artistic' or confident about art, reassure yourself that no artistic skill is needed - this totally isn't about making art, it's about following what your parts want to express on paper, in a supportive group space. All materials are provided. Allowing the different parts of us to express somatically on the page can reveal what's harder to put into words, ease overwhelm, and build a felt sense of connection between your parts and your Self. Each session blends brief IFS guidance, time to express, and space to connect, reflect and share with others. Hope to see you there! ❤️
