About

Drum-Guided Somatic Circle: Meeting Our Difficult Emotions acontece a 7 de novembro de 2026, Asha's Place Lisbon, em Lisboa.

Self-trust grows when we can kindly hold our difficult emotions. In community with the support of the Buk (a Korean indigenous drum), we'll tap into our creative power to hold, honor, and move through our difficult emotions, so that we can feel more free and whole within ourselves. Our time will include facilitated dialogue, movement, and somatic guidance. Led by Bokie Kim, LCSW (@lineagehealingtherapy), she combines somatic trauma therapy, brain change science, ancestral guidance, and intuitive energy healing to help people live a well, aligned life and navigate reality with self-trust, intuition, rituals, and skills.
