About

Eastbourne's Full Moon Transcendent Gong Bath acontece a 25 de novembro de 2026, Eden Blue Centre, em Old Town.

Step beyond the ordinary and into the sublime with our Full Moon Transcendent Gong Bath - a deeply immersive sound experience designed to bring balance, healing, and inner stillness; entwined with the energies of the magical Full Moon. Let the rich, layered tones of gongs and the pure, harmonious vibrations of crystal singing bowls wash over you, creating space for deep rest, release, and renewal. These ancient instruments are known for their ability to support the body in letting go of tension, ease the mind into a meditative state, and uplift the spirit into a place of calm and clarity. As you lie back and receive, the sound waves gently guide you beyond everyday awareness — into a state where true transformation and connection can unfold. No experience necessary. Just bring yourself, something cosy to lie on, and an open heart. Doors open at 7.20pm and close as our session starts at 7.30pm Yoga mats and blankets are provided but plesae bring your own, with a pillow, for extra comfort. Chairs are provided if you prefer this option. I'm looking forward to seeing you there and accompanying you on your Sound Journey - with love and light in gratitude, benjamin ✨
