Ecstatic Dance Glasgow with Lara

Ecstatic Dance Glasgow with Lara acontece a 10 de outubro de 2026, YAMA Studios, em Glasgow.

Ecstatic Dance: Move Freely, Feel Deeply, Come Home to Yourself What is Ecstatic Dance? Ecstatic dance invites you to move however you feel. Whether you're dancing in stillness or shaking with abandon, the only rule is to stay present and stay true to your body. We begin with somatic practices to open up the body, and connection exercises within the community. From there, the energy builds slowly—layer by layer—rising into intensity, rhythm, and collective expression, before returning to stillness and integration. This arc is intentionally designed to support a natural process of release , where emotion, energy, and story can move through you and transform. The Space This is a non-verbal , substance-free , judgment-free environment. You are welcome here exactly as you are—whether you're alone or with others, expressive or inward. Consent and respect are core values, and connection is always optional and always mutual. What you’ll find: A wide-open dance floor Supportive, intentional community Music that spans genres and continents A place to sweat, cry, laugh, and feel The Music I curate the sets myself, each with a deep sensitivity to emotional flow, cultural richness, and energetic storytelling. You'll hear: Organic tribal rhythms Electronic beats Ambient textures Shamannic Sounds Heart-opening melodies Unexpected surprises Why We Dance We dance to process. We dance to connect. We dance to remember.
