Ecstatic Dance is a space to move freely, feel deeply, and return to your body. No choreography, no judgment—just sound, presence, and release. We dance in silence, barefoot, and together, guided by rhythm, supported by community. This session is a sound journey—a movement lab to explore emotion, energy, and expression.
