Ecstatic Dance & Sound Bath with Kata Armitage & Justine Neo

Ecstatic Dance & Sound Bath with Kata Armitage & Justine Neo acontece a 21 de novembro de 2026, No90 Hideout & Lock, em London.

Move, release and reconnect through an immersive 2 hour journey of music and movement. Ecstatic dance is an opportunity to step out of your head and into your body, express yourself freely through movement, shake off physical and emotional tension, and connect with yourself and others. We’ll begin with gentle guidance from Kata Armitage of Ecstatic Dance Culture to awaken and mobilise the body before moving into free-form dance. No experience is needed — there are no steps to follow and no right or wrong way to move — you can dance on your own or alongside others, following whatever feels right for you. Kata’s live DJ set will take you through an ecstatic dance wave , moving across different rhythms, energies and genres. It’s a space to let go, play, explore different ways of moving and reconnect with a sense of aliveness, joy and freedom. We close with a gong and crystalline sound bath with Justine Neo, a beautiful way to land, and fully integrate your journey. Lubo will also be at the cacao bar, where you can buy a cup of Cacao Sol . After the dance, we’ll be heading to the Bar90 terrace. Stay, grab some food, meet new people and spend the evening with the Sound & Silence community.
