Movement. Journey. Rise into your POWER. This is a space to come back to yourself through movement, music and connection. An opportunity to let go, move freely, get out of your head and into your body. To explore, express, play, release what you're ready to leave behind, and make space for something new. We’ll journey together through uplifting, rhythmic music, guided moments of reflection and connection, and plenty of space to simply dance and let your body lead. Come exactly as you are. There’s no right way to dance and no need to perform. This is a women-only space created to feel safe, welcoming and free - a place to connect with yourself and with other women, while celebrating the beauty, joy and power of being a woman. What to expect ✨ Ecstatic dance and free movement ✨ Rhythmic, uplifting music by a female DJ ✨ Guided moments of grounding, reflection and connection ✨ Space to release, express and reconnect with yourself ✨ A supportive women-only environment ✨ Time to simply dance, have fun and enjoy being in your body About your facilitator I’m Brenda, a transformation coach and bodyworker with a background in psychology, dance movement psychotherapy foundations and embodied practices. Through Soul Fetch, I support women in reconnecting with themselves, their bodies and their own power. This dance circle is an extension of that work - but you don't need any dance, movement or personal-development experience to join. Just come as you are. Practical Information Location: Private studio at the church (Studio 2), Upper Hall Entrance: Through the metal gate just behind the bus stop on Park Road.
