Following our first sold-out session in August, we’re excited to welcome you back to Electric Sound Bath this December. Join us for a unique sound bath that brings frequency therapy into the world of electronic sound. Lie down, get comfortable and settle into an hour of warm synths, Himalayan singing bowls, symphonic gong and crystal pyramid. Electronic and acoustic sounds weave together into a slow-moving, hypnotic soundscape, giving you space to exhale, and turn your attention inwards. Each layer is intricately shaped through frequency, rhythm and texture, applying sound therapy principles to support deep relaxation, contemplation and stillness. Drawing on our understanding of brainwave activity, we craft sound that encourages shifts from the everyday alertness of beta towards alpha, theta and delta states associated with present awareness, meditation and sleep.
