FARI2026 — Café IAdmins

FARI2026, Café IAdmins realiza-se a 24 de novembro de 2026, Becentral, em Brussels.

Location: Classroom, 2nd floor Duration: 2 hours 30 minutes Café IAdmins offers public sector employees a space for peer-to-peer discussion around one central question: how is artificial intelligence transforming the relationship between public administrations and citizens? When AI is used to provide information, support citizens or process requests, what changes for citizens and for the public servants assisting them? What limits and safeguards should be maintained? Drawing on concrete situations, participants will be able to share questions and experiences, discover how other public administrations are approaching these transformations, and reflect together on the safeguards that are needed. This is neither a technical training session nor a space for showcasing their administration’s “best practices”. Rather, it is an opportunity to take a step back with peers and discuss questions that are increasingly shaping public services today. The format builds on the AI Cafés developed with the social economy sector, adapting this participatory approach to the realities of public administrations. Who is it for? Civil servants, policy officers, decision-makers and public sector professionals - at local, regional, federal and European level: this session is for anyone who, in the course of their public service responsibilities, wants to understand, question and (perhaps) engage with AI. A certificate of participation will be issued upon completion of the training.Language: FR/NL —— We reserve the right to deny access to our events to any individual who does not comply with our guidelines or whose behavior compromises the safety and respect of participants.
