Flow with Leon Presents - Ecstatic Dance IV

Flow with Leon Presents - Ecstatic Dance IV acontece a 25 de outubro de 2026, Brockenhurst Community Hub, em Brockenhurst.

ECSTATIC DANCE: A TWO-HOUR JOURNEY INTO TRANCE, FREEDOM & INNER FIRE Led by Leon Campbell — movement guide, breath-worker, and architect of embodied transformation. Step into a space where movement becomes meditation, music becomes medicine, and your body becomes its own storyteller. This is not a fitness class. It’s a ritual of release. Across two immersive hours you’ll travel through a carefully crafted arc designed to awaken, shake loose, lift, and settle the inner self. Expect a blend of conscious breathwork, dynamic qigong, primal shaking, live drumming, and a deep musical wave that carries you into ecstatic flow. The Journey includes: • Grounding arrival ritual to open the space • Breathwork to shift awareness and activate inner energy • Somatic warm-up blending qigong, yoga and intuitive movement • Shaking + drum activation to break stagnation and ignite the body • Ecstatic Dance main wave — rising, peaking, dissolving • Stillness, meditation and chanting to land the experience • Gentle closing flow and circle No choreography. No talking on the dance floor. No expectations. Every body, every age, every pace is welcome. You move how you move. Whether you’re seeking emotional release, a sacred space to reconnect with yourself, or simply a wild and honest dance, this container is built to hold you safely and powerfully. Come as you are. Leave changed.
