Full Moon Soothing Candlelight Sound Bath with The Self Love Lab

Full Moon Soothing Candlelight Sound Bath with The Self Love Lab acontece a 24 de novembro de 2026, ME London, em London.

Join us for an intimate mid week evening of sound, light and stillness, in celebration of the Gemini full moon. Led by Zehra, founder of The Self Love Lab , this soothing sound bath combines crystal singing bowls and delicate chimes with immersive visuals, light projections and a candlelit room that transform the space around you. An invitation to step away from daily demands, settle into your body and give yourself permission to rest. Gemini is associated with communication and the thoughts that shape our everyday lives. Taking inspiration from these themes, this session has been designed so you can let go of what no longer serves you, take this time to listen to your body and understand how you can create more space to listen to what you really need. We’ll close with herbal tea and oracle cards, offering a gentle moment for reflection and connection before you ease back into your evening. Set within The Pyramid at ME London—a striking nine-storey architectural masterpiece designed by Sir Norman Foster—each session unfolds beneath immersive, full-room visual projections that transform the space into a truly multi-sensory wellness experience. Bathed in light, scale, and atmosphere, The Pyramid offers a rare setting for stillness, reflection, and restoration in the heart of the city.
