About

Gathering together acontece a 4 de dezembro de 2026, The Salisbury Centre, em Edinburgh.

So many of us spend our days alone behind screens. Always on, rarely together. This is an evening to connect and come together as a community. We'll start with breathwork and Yoga NIdra, letting our nervous systems settle side by side. Then we'll move in ecstatic dance and a sound journey, coming together through our bodies, in joy. We'll close outside, around the fire, with storytelling, intentions and time to simply be with each other. Bring a short story or poem. What's included Pranayama breathwork Yoga nidra guided meditation Ecstatic dance Sound journey Fire circle with storytelling and ritual Time to connect and share What to bring Yourself A water bottle Comfortable clothes and warm layers for outside Have a light dinner beforehand We're looking forward to gather together with you, Wil and Aleksandra x
