USAGSO invites Girl Scouts from around the world to gather April 1-4, 2027 for the Girl Scouts Her Way Program W eekend at the stunning Château de Grande Romaine in Île-de-France—just 20 miles from the heart of Paris. This historic, countryside estate offers the perfect backdrop for discovery, creativity, and leadership! 🌟 What Is the Girl Scouts Her Way Weekend? This is a choose-your-own-adventure style experience designed to empower every Girl Scout to shape her own journey. Shortly before their arrival, girls will build a customized schedule filled with sessions they love most—making every day unique, meaningful, and totally theirs. 💫 Program Highlights Throughout the weekend, Girl Scouts from Daisies through Ambassadors will have opportunities to explore their interests, try something new, and discover what inspires them. With activities spanning Girl Scouts’ eight program themes, there’s something for every Girl Scout to dive into: 🐾 Animals & Nature Discover the natural world through hands-on activities, nature exploration, environmental challenges, and opportunities to learn more about the plants and animals around us. 🎨 Art & Imagination Get creative through art, making, storytelling, photography, writing, improv, and other activities designed to spark imagination and self-expression. 💚 Balanced Living Explore activities that support well-being, self-care, healthy habits, mindfulness, confidence, and finding balance in everyday life. 🚀 Leadership & Your Future Build confidence, practice communication and goal-setting skills, explore future possibilities, and discover new ways to use your voice and lead. 🏕️ Outdoor Adventure Get outside and take on new challenges through hikes, outdoor skills, team-building activities, and adventures around the beautiful château grounds. ⚽ Sports & Recreation Move, play, compete, and have fun with active games, recreational challenges, and opportunities to try something new. 💡 Technology & Innovation Put your problem-solving skills to work with STEM challenges, design activities, experiments, and hands-on opportunities to invent, build, and explore how things work. 🌎 Your World Near & Far Connect with Girl Scouts from around the world, discover different cultures and perspectives, and celebrate what brings us together as part of the global Girl Scout Movement. ✨ Why Attend? The Girl Scouts Her Way Weekend is all about encouraging Girl Scouts to explore new interests, challenge themselves, and grow as leaders—all while having an unforgettable time near one of the world’s most iconic cities. Expect a perfect mix of learning, adventure, creativity, and global sisterhood. ✨ Interested in chaperoning? We’re also seeking adult volunteers to serve as chaperones for groups of 10–15 Girl Scouts throughout the event. Chaperones will help ensure their assigned group arrives at activities on time, support basic daily needs like meals and nightly showers, and, most importantly, help ensure the girls' overall safety, well-being, and positive experience throughout the event. Volunteers with a Girl Scout attending the summit will also receive a discount on their Girl Scout’s registration fee.
