Gong Bath with Sunita Kaur This 60-minute immersive gong experience is designed to guide you into deep rest and nervous system restoration through the healing power of sound. Beginning with gentle grounding and breath awareness, you’ll then be guided into an extended gong bath where layered vibrations and resonant frequencies help quiet the mind, release tension, and invite a profound state of relaxation. As the sound journey unfolds, the nervous system is encouraged to settle and reset, creating space for stillness, clarity, and inner balance. The session closes softly with grounding elements and essential oils to help integrate the experience before easing back into your evening. You’ll be lying down comfortably for the duration of the sound bath. No prior experience with meditation or sound healing is needed, simply come as you are and allow yourself to receive. About Sunita Kaur Sunita is a certified Sound Therapist, Wellness Consultant, and Personal Growth Coach. Born in Malaysia and rooted in Sikh Indian heritage, her practice is shaped by over a decade of personal growth, self-healing, and space-holding for communities and women. Her work goes beyond technique. She uses sound as a bridge between body, mind, and spirit to support nervous system regulation, facilitate emotional release, and integrate inherited stress patterns.
