GRIEF & LOSS | 9D Breathwork @ Warmley Clocktower is an in-person breathwork event designed for people experiencing any form of loss. Loss changes us. Through breath , this event offers space to explore healing, strength and renewal. 9D Breathwork is an immersive somatic therapy that combines rhythmic, conscious connected breathing with nine layers of engineered audio—including binaural brain entrainment, Solfeggio frequencies, and hypnotherapy—delivered through headphones. It is designed to bypass your conscious mind to release trapped trauma, reduce stress, and rewire subconscious thought patterns. Grief and Loss are such a huge part of our lives that this jourey is available atleast once a month In person and online. This is a deeply restorative 77-minute breathwork experience designed to help you process sorrow, release emotional pain, and move forward with love and acceptance. Using a powerful blend of breathwork, hypnotic affirmations, guided coaching, and immersive soundscapes, this session supports you through the natural cycle of grieving, allowing you to fully feel, express, and transform your pain. As you breathe, you'll move through waves of emotion —letting go of sorrow while embracing love, wisdom, and inner peace. A final breath-hold and cathartic scream release allow for a full emotional purge, creating space for healing and renewal. The session closes with a soothing integration phase, anchoring peace, acceptance, and self-compassion deep into your heart.
