Imagine being weightless and cosy in your own private hammock, suspended in time and space as sound waves gently wash over you. Whether you're seeking relaxation, emotional rebalancing, inspiration, or simply a moment to pause from the demands of everyday life, this unique sound bath offers an opportunity to be deeply held. Over the course of 90 minutes, you'll be taken on a carefully curated sound journey featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, the gong, Tibetan bowls and more, whilst ambient lighting, relaxing aromas and a gentle swing of the hammock helps your nervous system and mind to soften even deeper.
