We are delighted to announce that the IGG Annual Meeting 2026 will take place in Cambridge, hosted by AstraZeneca, on Tuesday 3 (12PM start) and Wednesday 4 November 2026. This meeting will bring together the genetic toxicology community to connect, share ideas and explore the latest developments in IWGT topics , with contributions from leading experts across the field. The programme will feature sessions from IWGT session leaders across three themes: Methodological Advances Liver Micronucleus Assay Critical aspects of OECD TG 489 Risk Assessment Innovation Risk assessment of aneugens Statistical tests for trend Next Generation Approaches Quantitative Genotoxicology 2.0 Error‑corrected sequencing (ECS) Strengths and limitations of in silico / QSAR There will also be presentations from candidates for the Lhasa Young UK Scientist Award and Technical Investigator Award , with winners announced during the event.
