A relaxed, welcoming PEER support space for people living with PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder) . Diagnosed or self identify living with it. Join us on the last Monday of every month, 6:30–7:30pm , for a chance to talk, listen, connect and share experiences with others who understand what living with PMDD can feel like. ☕ Have a cuppa 🎨 Get creative with a simple craft 💬 Talk openly about PMDD, symptoms, relationships, work, self-care and everyday life 🤝 Meet others and build connections in a supportive, judgement-free space This group is open to anyone who experiences PMDD, including people assigned female at birth (AFAB) of all gender identities . We aim to create an inclusive and respectful space where everyone can feel comfortable being themselves. 📅 Last Monday of every month, Teaching room 6. Old College, South Bridge Edinburgh. ( Law builing, come in the court yard and it is the building on the right. First floor. Lift can be used for accessibility) 🕡 6:30–7:30pm FREE Peer support meet up
