Sound healing & intuitive painting Brought together by SoulMeets and artist Wiktoria Figurska , Innerscapes is an intimate invitation to listen inward, then give shape to what you find through paint. By slowing down and tuning in, you may find a colour, feeling or movement you want to follow. Art can give shape to what is hard to put into words, offering a glimpse of your inner landscape and what might be asking for your attention. What to Expect We begin with an immersive 1-hour sound healing journey with crystal bowls, the gong and other harmonising instruments. As you allow yourself to receive, you’re invited to notice any sensations, images or colours that arise, without needing to hold onto them. Afterwards, Wiktoria will guide us into an hour of intuitive painting. Drawing on her own practice of painting through feeling and present-moment awareness, she’ll encourage you to choose colours, marks and movements by instinct, with as little judgement as possible. You’ll have space to explore what the sound stirred in you and create a painting that is entirely your own and may reveal layers of what is unfolding within you. No painting experience is needed. All materials will be provided. Nadia is founder of SoulMeets and as a sound practitioner works with the crystal bowls, the gong and other sacred instruments to guide guests into a truly meditative and soul nourishing sound journey. About the Artist Wiktoria Figurska is an artist from Warsaw, now based in London. Her painting practice is guided by intuition, body sensations and the present moment, an approach she has developed through years of mindfulness practice. She believes art comes from the soul and invites others to set aside judgement and discover what can emerge when they paint from feeling.
