Join us for a powerful Conscious Connected Breathwork session designed to help you slow down, connect with yourself, release what you're carrying and create space for something new. Each month we explore a different theme, while keeping the same workshop format so you can return monthly to deepen your practice. November - SURRENDER This month, we explore the theme of SURRENDER. Creating space to soften our grip on what we may have been carrying, whether that’s stress, tension, emotions, old patterns, expectations or simply the weight of everyday life. Through CCB, guided awareness, music and embodied practices, you’ll be invited to turn inward, connect with your body and explore what may be ready to move through you. You don't need to arrive knowing exactly what you want to release. There is nothing you need to force or fix. This is an invitation to breathe, listen and allow. What is Conscious Connected Breath - CCB is a powerful intentional breath pattern which bypasses the thinking mind and allows us to access deeper layers of the body & the subconscious. We will work with a different theme each month to really connect us back to the season & release whats holding us back. Why you need it - Space to process emotions A way to release stress and tention A deeper connection with your body A chance to let go of old patterns or expectations Greater self-awareness A moment to pause from the demands of everyday life A supportive space for personal reflection and exploration What a Session Looks Like - Welcome, grounding & intetntion setting Introduction to Conscious Connected Breathwork Guided breathwork journey to a seasonal playlist Rest and integration Optional group sharing Your Facilitiator - Chessie Yoga and breathwork has transformed my whole life. These are the practices that have carried me through some really tough times of grief, loss, change and fear.
