About

Jazz Against All Odds at the Cambridge Jazz Festival 2026 decorre a 19 de novembro de 2026, NCI Centre, em Cambridge.

Cambridge's newest big band brings its full 17-piece lineup to the NCI for an evening that stretches well beyond the usual big band repertoire. Inspired by the golden age of big band swing, yet keen to explore the more adventurous end of the jazz spectrum, Jazz Against All Odds brings swing, funk and Latin alongside contemporary arrangements and unexpected reworkings of popular tunes. Formed in 2025 and fresh from a sellout appearance at the Portland Arms and a set at the Eddington Festival earlier this summer, the band brings big brass, heavy rhythms, killer solos and danceable grooves. Come to listen, come to dance, and discover what a big band can do when it bends the rules. 🍾 Fully licensed bar available 🪩 Huge dancefloor if that's your thing Doors at 7.30pm, band on at 8pm.
