The Autumn Breathwork Series This autumn, I'm offering four individual Conscious Connected Breathwork sessions, running every two weeks throughout October and November. Each session explores a different theme and can be experienced as a stand-alone breathwork experience. You can come to one session, several sessions or all — simply choose the sessions that feel right for you. Thursday 15 October · 7pm Journey to the Inner Child A gentle exploration of the younger parts of ourselves and the experiences, feelings and needs that may still influence how we relate to ourselves and others today. Through guided reflection, meditation and Conscious Connected Breathwork, we’ll create space to connect with these parts of ourselves with curiosity and compassion, and explore what they may need from us now. Open to everyone · Beginners welcome Thursday 29 October · 7pm Grief, Loss & Unmet Needs Grief isn't only about bereavement. We can experience grief around relationships, opportunities, identities, hopes and the things we needed but didn't receive. This session offers space to gently explore grief, loss and unmet needs through reflection, meditation and Conscious Connected Breathwork. Thursday 12 November · 7pm Inner Wisdom, Clarity & Integration A chance to slow down, turn inward and listen to your own inner wisdom. We'll explore clarity, insight and integration, creating space to reflect on whatever you may have discovered or experienced — whether you've attended the previous sessions or are joining for the first time. What is Conscious Connected Breathwork? Conscious Connected Breathwork is a rhythmic breathing practice where the inhale and exhale flow continuously, without pauses between them. The practice can help you become more aware of your body, emotions and inner experience. Some people experience a deep sense of relaxation, while others may notice emotions, memories, physical sensations or insights coming into awareness. Everyone's experience is different. You won't be asked to force your breath or achieve a particular outcome. You'll be encouraged to work at your own pace and within your own limits, with options to slow down or return to a gentler breath whenever you need to. What to Expect Each session lasts approximately 90 minutes and includes: Conscious Connected Breathwork Journalling or other reflective exercises Time for grounding and integration Optional sharing There is no requirement to share your experience with the group. You're welcome to simply listen and take whatever time and space you need for yourself. What to Bring Please bring: A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on A blanket or warm layer Comfortable, loose clothing A bottle of water A pen and paper for journalling You'll spend part of the session lying down, so bring anything that will help you feel comfortable and supported. About Mark Hoffman I'm an integrative psychotherapist and counsellor based in South London and founder of Talk To Evolve Counselling. I'm a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) in relation to my counselling and psychotherapy practice . I maintain regular clinical supervision for my psychotherapy work and also take part in regular peer supervision for my breathwork facilitation. Alongside my psychotherapy practice, I'm a trained breathwork facilitator with over 400 hours of professional breathwork training and am fully insured to facilitate breathwork. My interest in breathwork developed through both professional training and personal experience. During a period of burnout and fatigue, breathing practices played an important role in helping me restore balance and reconnect with myself. Conscious Connected Breathwork also gave me a way to explore grief, loss and parts of myself that had previously remained outside conscious awareness. Today, my breathwork sessions focus on creating grounded, compassionate , and professionally held spaces where people can explore their relationship with their breath, body , and inner experience.
