Kirtan and Group Energy Healing We begin with time for people to arrive, settle in and connect. Once everyone is settled, we will do introductions so everyone knows who else is in the room and creates a safe container before we drop into the journey. From there, I will lead a kirtan which is a call-and-response chanting of devotional Indian mantras. You’re welcome to join in or simply sit, listen and meditate. After a few mantras together, I will invite you to lie down, with eye covers as I continue to chant while your head is facing the instrument. I will put on handpan music as I work on everyone's energy field individually. This might feel bring you to a theta state or even into sleep. The experience is one of deep relaxation and nervous system reset. We finish by inviting everyone to share their experience and then have tea, and more time to chat.
