Kundalini Activation & Full Moon Ceremony 🌙✨ The moon turns full in Taurus in the early hours of Monday 26th October, and on Sunday we're holding ceremony to meet it. Taurus brings everything back to the body. This is a moon for slowing right down, feeling what's there and putting down what you've been carrying. We'll gather at Self Retreat in Camden, our favourite place, where the energy is electric. We'll open with a cup of ceremonial cacao to soften the edges and open the heart, then settle into meditation before moving into a Kundalini activation, where the energy does the work and all you need to bring is a willingness to surrender. We'll close with journalling and honour the moon together. Kundalini is your own life force energy .. the sacred current that, when awakened, moves through the body to clear what's stuck and reconnect you with your deepest truth. In a session you might feel tingling, heat, waves of emotion, spontaneous movement or deep stillness, and sometimes blissful states of expansion. Everyone's experience is different, and always perfect for where you are. We're Carla and Isabella, soul sisters who've sat in temples in Egypt and been cracked open side by side. Holding a room together is one of our favourite things in this world. What to bring A journal and pen, and something comfortable to lie down in. Eat lightly in the few hours beforehand. The energy moves best without caffeine, so skip the coffee that day if you can, and we'd suggest no alcohol for 24 hours either side of the ceremony. Please arrive 5 minutes early so we can begin on time. Before you book This practice isn't recommended during pregnancy, for anyone with a serious heart condition or epilepsy, or for anyone prone to mania or psychosis. If you're on antidepressants or heart medication, please message us before booking so we can check cacao is right for you. Please honour your body and take responsibility for your own wellbeing.
