“Reiki Level One with Jessie was honestly one of the most beautiful experiences I’ve had.” - Alex Throughout the day you'll learn the philosophy and history of Reiki, about Energy and Chakras, as well as knowledge I've gleaned from my 12+ years of healing practice. You'll then be attuned to Reiki, which is a gentle opening up your energy to divine love and healing. We'll do lots of practice so you feel comfortable giving Reiki to yourself and others - including your food, plants, animals - and receive your Reiki Level One certificate. For the following three weeks I'll then walk beside you through a live WhatsApp group and 3x scheduled group calls, (21-days is said to be the time it takes to create a new habit) as you begin a lifelong practice that innately brings about peace and healing.
