Lian Gong Therapeutic Qi Gong A gentle, restorative practice for body and mind My name is Zaneta, and I’m now in my third year of practising Qi Gong alongside Tai Chi, Yoga, and Breathwork. I warmly invite you to join weekly Lian Gong Therapeutic Qi Gong sessions designed to nourish your body, calm your mind, and support your natural vitality. Qi Gong is a soft, mindful practice rooted in ancient Chinese traditions. Through slow, flowing movements, intentional breathing, and gentle self‑massage, we work to harmonise the life force (Qi), ease tension, and restore balance from within.
