Join us for a special edition of M.O.V.E on February 2nd, as we honor Yemanjá, the Queen of the Sea in Afro-Latin traditions. This unique session will feature a carefully curated musical journey inspired by her essence, celebrating the rhythms of water, flow, and renewal. Let's come together to dance, connect, and pay tribute to the spirit of the Orixas through music and movement in a space where everyone belongs - let's feel, flow, and transform together! ODAYÁ! M.O.V.E is a body practice developed by Marise Cardoso that is nourished by ancestral and experimental lineages such as Yoga, Meditation, 5 Rhythms and Ecstatic Dance, among others, and it can be understood as a practice of Moving Meditation, a deep inner dive revealing the mystery of our unique rhythmic expressions. M.O.V.E will increase your vitality, releasing tension, activating muscles and offering support to the ri journey of opening the windows of human perception through the body.
